SHIPPING COST

Our products with size/frame option labelled with “UK Stock: 48hrs Delivery” are shipped directly from our warehouse to our customers located in the United Kingdom. Fast delivery from our UK warehouse to our customers located in the UK is FREE for any order above £30.

For products shipped directly from our workshop labelled with "Shipped from our workshop" or "Made-to-order and shipped from our workshop", delivery is FREE without minimum purchase worldwide.

For customers located outside of the United Kingdom, orders are currently all shipped from our workshop with FREE delivery.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours after your purchase.

The delivery time usually takes 48 hours for products with size/frame option labelled with “UK Stock: 48hrs Delivery” to our customers located in the United Kingdom.

For other products which are not available in our local warehouse, we produce and ship them directly from our own workshop in China. You will usually receive your products within 2 to 3 weeks from the shipping date.

Depending on the products ordered, you may receive several shipping notifications with multiple tracking numbers.

Our top priority is to satisfy our clients. Therefore if you encounter any problem related to your order please feel free to contact us directly at customerservice@figuredart.com and we will do our best to answer you within one day.

Some extra shipping time can sometimes be encountered (international logistics issues, customs clearance delay, weather impacting transportation...), this is unfortunately beyond our control. However we are always available for any inquiry would might have.

60 days or less from your order date:

Your order is still in transit. Usually the delivery only takes 14 to 21 days.
In very rare cases it can take up to 60 days to receive your order.

60 days or more from your order date:

Your order is still in transit but the tracking information doesn't update anymore. The package may have been lost during transportation, please reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@figuredart.com, we will find the best solution for you. We will never let you down.
