Refund policy

✅ UK Stock: Delivery in 48hrs

Every order placed before 1pm is generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are shipped the next working day. Free shipping on orders over £30, otherwise £4.90 flat rate.

On the product page, the green badge "UK Stock: Delivery in 48hrs" appears when you select a variant available in stock. A same product can have some variants delivered in 48hrs and others made to order: check that the badge is present after each selection.


☑️ Shipped from our workshop: 10 to 21 days

Large formats, personalised kits from your photo, and certain specific products are only made or shipped to order. Shipping is always free, no minimum order.

Carrier: Royal Mail.

On the product page, you'll see the blue label "Shipped from our workshop" or "Made to order, shipped from our workshop".

Protection of large formats: all large formats up to 80×100 cm are shipped rolled in a protective tube. Only the 90×120 cm canvas is folded for logistical reasons. It will regain a smooth appearance after ironing.


📦 Mixed order Stock + Workshop?

That's completely normal. Your order will arrive in several separate parcels, each with its own tracking link sent by email at the time of shipment. Shipping rules are applied separately for each parcel.


Step by step

1. Immediately: Confirmation by email
You receive a confirmation email. Check your delivery address carefully: it's still possible to contact us to correct it.

2. Same day or the day after: Preparation & shipping
Every order from our UK stock placed before 1pm is generally shipped the same day. After that time, it goes out the next working day. For products made to order, our workshop begins production after order confirmation.

3. At shipment: Tracking email
You receive an email with your tracking link. For products made to order, the tracking may remain silent for several days during international transit: that's normal.

4. On receipt: Your kit is waiting for you
If something isn't right, missing item, damaged parcel, wrong product, write to us immediately at customerservice@figuredart.com.


Returns & Refunds

✓ You changed your mind
You have 14 days from receipt to return your item, unopened and in its original packaging. Contact us first at customerservice@figuredart.com: we'll send you the appropriate return address. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in case of an error on our part.

✓ Defective item or our mistake
Damaged parcel, wrong item, missing piece: write to us at customerservice@figuredart.com with photos if possible. Our team immediately understands the situation and offers you a solution, entirely at our expense.

✓ Parcel not received or in transit
Contact us at customerservice@figuredart.com:
Stock: from 5 working days after shipment
From workshop: if the tracking hasn't been updated for more than 10 days and the order was placed more than 3 weeks ago
In case of confirmed loss, we will resend the order at our expense. Our team checks all parcels in transit daily.

✓ Quick refund
After receipt and inspection of your return parcel, the refund is processed within 5 working days on your original payment method. We send you a confirmation email.
Exception: personalised kits made from your photo cannot be refunded. In case of problems, we send a new kit at our expense.
