Square or Round Diamonds? Which shape should I use?

Generally, it is considered that square diamonds give a better result and it is the most commonly used option, especially for large sizes. Their shape being square, they are perfectly aligned and from far away it really makes beautiful works.

Round diamonds on the other hand give a more sparkling effect.

We sometimes talk about 5D or 3D diamonds, in fact it depends on the number of facets per diamond, depending on the shape.

What diamond painting size should I choose?

 

You can choose the size of your diamond painting, from 20x30cm to 90x120cm! The most commonly used standard size is 40x50cm but it should be known that the larger the format, the better the result: it's like a photo, the more pixels, the clearer the result! Small formats are therefore not recommended unless you take a simple image or want to test the concept before embarking on a big work.
