Large formats, personalised kits from your photo, and certain specific products are only made or shipped to order. Shipping is always free, no minimum order.

How to recognise them?
On the product page, you'll see the blue label "Shipped from our workshop" or "Made to order, shipped from our workshop".
Protection of large formats: all large formats up to 80×100 cm are shipped rolled in a protective tube. Only the 90×120 cm canvas is folded for logistical reasons. It will regain a smooth appearance after ironing.
📦 Does your order contain both products from our stock and products shipped from our workshops? That's completely normal. Your order will arrive in several separate parcels: here's how it works.

What happens after your order?

Immediately Confirmation by email

You receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order. Check your delivery address carefully: it's still possible to contact us to correct it.

Same day or the day after Preparation & shipping

Every order from our UK stock placed before 1pm is generally shipped the same day. After that time, it goes out the next working day. For products made to order, our workshop begins production after order confirmation.

At shipment Tracking email

You receive an email with your tracking link. For products made to order, the tracking may remain silent for several days during international transit: that's normal.

On receipt Your kit is waiting for you

Open the box, get comfortable and start creating. If something isn't right, missing item, damaged parcel, wrong product, write to us at customerservice@figuredart.com. We'll take care of the problem immediately.

You have 14 days from receipt to return your item, unopened and in its original packaging.

Contact us first at customerservice@figuredart.com: we'll send you the appropriate return address. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in case of an error on our part.

✓ Quality guaranteed Defective item or our mistake

Damaged parcel, wrong item, missing piece: write to us at customerservice@figuredart.com with photos if possible. Our team immediately understands the situation and offers you a solution, entirely at our expense.

From workshop: if the tracking hasn't been updated for more than 10 days and the order was placed more than 3 weeks ago

In case of confirmed loss, we will resend the order at our expense. Our team checks the status of all parcels in transit daily to detect any blocks and act proactively, before you even need to contact us.

After receipt and inspection of your return parcel, the refund is processed within 5 working days on your original payment method. We send you a confirmation email.

Exception: personalised kits made from your photo are created exclusively for you and cannot be refunded. In case of problems, we send a new kit or the missing items at our expense.

It depends on the shipping method.

From our UK stock: updates are frequent, often daily. Delivery takes place within 48hrs.

From our workshop: delivery takes 10 to 21 days. During this period, it's normal not to see any updates for several days, the time of international transit before the local carrier takes over. This absence of updates doesn't mean your order is lost. Your kit is on its way, and we stand by it.

Our team checks all parcels in transit daily. If your tracking hasn't been updated for more than 10 days and your order was placed more than 3 weeks ago, write to us at customerservice@figuredart.com.
Choose a kit with the badge ✅ UK Stock: Delivery in 48hrs: you'll receive it within 48hrs of shipment, ideal if the date of your event is approaching.

If you want a large format, a personalised kit or any other made-to-order item, order it at least 3 weeks before your date, to be at ease and enjoy the wait without stress.

Made to order (workshop, 10 to 21 days): Shipping is always free, no minimum order, anywhere in the UK and worldwide.

If your order contains both stock items and made-to-order items, the shipping rules are applied separately for each parcel.
If all the products ordered come from our UK stock, or all from the same workshop (we have several depending on the product categories), they will be shipped in a single parcel. In case of a mixed order including both products from our stock and products shipped from our workshops, you will receive several parcels separately, each with its own tracking link. You can follow them on our Order Tracking page.
If you don't have enough paint, don't worry: we'll help you. Write to us at customerservice@figuredart.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the kit and the colour reference sheet (the sheet showing the pot numbers) specifying the missing numbers. We'll resend the relevant pots free of charge.

Rest of the world: we deliver worldwide from our workshop, free of charge and with no minimum order, in 10 to 21 days.
Our team processes orders continuously: it is generally not possible to modify an order once confirmed. If you notice an error (wrong address, wrong size), contact us immediately at customerservice@figuredart.com: the sooner you write to us, the better the chances of intervening before shipment.
